Many of our collections are designed to be machine washable. Always check the care label on the product page, but in general we recommend a gentle cycle at max 30°C with mild detergent and no bleach or fabric softener.

Smaller sizes such as 60×110 cm or 80×150 cm are usually suitable for 6–7 kg machines, while larger sizes like 160×230 cm and above may require 10–12 kg or commercial machines. Please refer to our washing guide and capacity table on this page for more detailed recommendations.

We ship from our UK warehouse and most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier service used. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If your rug is not suitable, you can return it within our returns period as long as it is unused, unwashed and in resellable condition. Please keep all original packaging where possible and contact our customer service team for return instructions.
